MyNetFone SIP Trunks are interoperable with all major PBXs and UC platforms. However, we cannot comprehensively support third-party devices or software. Furthermore, unless a PBX has been tested and certified, we cannot guarentee that all the features of your PBX will work.

 

We can provide:

  • Technical support for your SIP Trunking service (not your device)
  • Limited setup assistance for certified PBX equipment

 

We cannot provide:

  • Assistance with the setup and configuration of non-certified equipment or software. 
  • Technicians to visit your premise.
