How do I access the MyNetFone self-serve portal?

The MyNetFone self-serve portal can be found here: https://business.mynetfone.com.au/portal

You should have received an email with login details to access your portal. If you did not get the email, or you are unsure, please feel free to reach our support team who will be able to help.

 

How will I receive my invoices? What changes will I see?

Your billing cycle and payment terms remain as-is. Your invoices will be generated on the same date as you had with Connexus.

We send MyNetFone invoices over email. We will send your invoices to your nominated email address. The invoices will come in HTML format.

If you wish to change your nominated email address, or enquire more about your account, please contact us on details above.

 

Do I need to change anything to continue to pay my MyNetFone invoices?

If you are on one of the following automatic debit payments, you do not need to do anything. We have your details and will process your payments in the usual manner.

  • Credit Card Direct Debit
  • Bank Account Direct Debit

However, if you pay though one of the following methods, you will need to update your payment destination to ensure we continue to receive your payments. These details will be reflected in your next invoice from MyNetFone.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (bank-to-bank transfer)
  • BPAY
  • Credit Card
