We pride ourselves on offering our customers great value, so we’re pleased to announce new inclusions for business mobile customers that provide improved international roaming capability.
International calling and call forwarding now available for 10GB and over plans
If you’re on a plan that combines calls and data of 10GB+, you will now receive unlimited calls and texts to 10 international countries. In addition, you now have the option to set up free call forwarding to any Australian number, be it a landline or a mobile. The 10 countries that are included are China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, the UK and the USA.
These changes were activated on the 19th of March. You don’t need to take any action to take advantage of them - these changes have automatically taken effect and are added on to your plans, ready to use.

New international roaming packs for all customers, regardless of plan size
From the 1st of April, we’ll be introducing a new international roaming pack for all customers that offers a more streamlined and efficient experience. No longer are you constrained by having to buy a pack for a minimum of 5 or 10 days – our new pack replaces both of these and operates in 24-hour periods.
While travelling, you get unlimited calls and texts, both back to Australian numbers and to 57 eligible countries, as well as 200MB of data per day.
The 24-hour packs are only triggered by an event, such as making or receiving a call, sending an SMS or using data, and they reset after the 24 hours is up. If you were to either turn your phone off or go outside of a coverage zone without having activated a pack, then no charge will apply.
How do I get access?
Opting-in is free for all customers – the only charge comes once a pack is actually activated. At a cost of only $10 a day, these new packs give you great value while providing flexibility at the same time. Depending on your current settings, here's what you need to do:
- Existing customers who previously enabled international roaming packs: you will automatically be given access to this new pack.
- Existing customers who didn’t previously enable roaming: just give us a call and we can help you get set up.
- New customers: all you need to do is call us to enable it.
Please note that if you don’t get in contact to enable international roaming, it will remain switched off and thus you won’t be able to make international calls or use data while travelling overseas.
