At MyNetFone we’re all about keeping up with the times. And we’re continually looking for new ways to improve our products and services.
In response to customer feedback, we’ve upgraded the default music your customers listen to on hold. We did some internal testing, and decided on an improved, up-tempo, royalty free tune for those customers who don’t wish to customise their own audio.
What do I have to do?
Nothing. The changes will automatically come into effect on Thursday February 15. If you have set up custom music or audio on hold, it will not be changed.
How Do I Choose My Own Music?
If you want to provide your own music, jingle or advertisements for customers to listen to while on hold, you can speak to our business support team about setting one up on 1300 733 995. All recordings must meet specific requirements before they can be applied to your account, so it’s best to discuss these before making or choosing a recording.
